PSE&G Home Performance with Energy Star
(PSE&G HPWES) Rebate Program enables NJ Homeowners to make their dreams of energy efficiency a reality.
Rebates are based on Total Energy Savings, ranging anywhere from $2,000-$4,500, depending on the scope of work implemented.
If you're a homeowner looking to improve your home's energy efficiency, you might want to consider upgrading your insulation. Not only can improved insulation save you money on your energy bills, it can also increase your comfort level year-round. And with PSE&G insulation rebates available, you can save even more on both your energy bills and your insulation upgrade costs. To qualify for PSE&G insulation rebates, you must be a PSE&G customer living within the utility's service area. You must also hire a participating contractor to complete your insulation upgrade. Once the work is completed, we at EMS will submit the necessary paperwork to PSE&G to initiate your rebate.
Do I qualify?
Since the program is based on the type of work being done, everyone may qualify!
“If you receive both electric and gas service from PSE&G, if you are a PSE&G electric-only customer whose residence is all electric, or if you are a PSE&G electric-only customer who uses delivered fuel (e.g., oil or propane) to heat your home, you may qualify for up to $25,000 in on-bill repayment. If you are eligible, the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Program offers an on-bill repayment term of 84 months (seven years) for project costs less than or equal to $10,000, or a term of 120 months (10 years) for project costs between $10,001 and $25,000.” (PSE&G)
